Provides litigation support services to department attorneys, internal clients, and external counsel. Manages data and communication to support eDiscovery request execution and fulfillment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Plans, coordinates and manages day to day eDiscovery project activities across all US legal matters including data management, vendor management, communication and monitoring.
Collaborates with eDiscovery Counsel, in-house and outside attorneys on preservation and collection plans, matter status, deadline management, eDiscovery budget, logistics and documentation of efforts for defensibility of process. Gathers, documents and coordinates project specifications to ensure requirements and timelines are understood and met.
Provides a high level of technical expertise and is able to interact and clearly communicate requirements to IT, internal business personnel, and outside vendors. Serves as a subject matter expert to internal clients and team members by refining requests and identifying sources to meet business needs.
Oversees execution of preservation and collection tasks performed by eDiscovery collection and delivery teams. Reviews requests for accuracy and tracks requests through eDiscovery project management tool. Identifies and manages issues and risks in connection with eDiscovery request fulfillment. Performs quality control and assurance of project data prior to delivery.
Assists in development and implementation of processes and protocols for the handling of eDiscovery requests. Establishes best practices in preservation, collection, and delivery workflows for internal clients. Assists with creation of and updating documentation and training materials as needed.
Oversees eDiscovery tools and services used by Legal and IT. Identifies potential software needs and necessary improvements. Reviews and evaluates new and existing service providers.
Investigates client questions regarding data availability and requests. Maintains Data Map repository for all matters.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Business or related field.
At least five (5) years relevant experience, of which two (2) years are in Electronic Discovery Project Management and two (2) years are working within a corporate Legal department strongly preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
