Description:

Ensure US Technical Product Complaints are recorded and managed per global and local procedures, and local trends are identified and escalated appropriately as well as assist US Commercial Quality Manager to maintain compliance of local quality systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform responsibilities of managing technical product complaints for the US Marketing Site within expected timelines: ensure data entry into global complaint management system, perform initial categorization of technical product complaints, define and manage complaint sample process, assign cases to appropriate investigating site, review complaint investigations for completeness, and close cases.

  • Perform regulatory reporting of TPC, as necessary.

  • As Local Pharmaceutical Complaint Officer, ensure local Quality and Pharmacovigilance (Call Center) procedures and processes reflect BI regulations and are in compliance with 21CFR §211.198.

  • Identify and monitor US animal health complaint trends and ensure communication, escalation, and resolution.

  • Perform review of trends with Senior Management (Quality and Commercial Operations) at least annually.

  • Maintain local Quality Systems (i.e. LOS, GOTrack) in compliance with global procedures.

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in life sciences, engineering, or computer science from an accredited institution required

  • At least four (4) years’ experience working in the animal health industry or related field.

  • Quality or GMP experience preferred.

  • Demonstrates and maintains excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced, high volume environment imperative.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, planning and organization skills, attention to detail, initiative and independent judgment are required.

  • Thorough knowledge of BIAH products desired..

  • Possess the scientific expertise and product knowledge to identify and monitor technical product complaint trends across all BIAH product types and species.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction

  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
