Digital Health is playing an ever increasing role in delivery of healthcare. The Digital health execution role will primarily be focused on developing, initiating, managing and measuring customer focused roll-outs of various pilots and projects to support Digital Health Strategy across BI's therapeutic areas.

Duties & Responsibilities
Support development of TA level Digital Health Strategy by:
Bringing customer voice into the development of strategy
Bringing field experience around Digital health to inform BI's strategy
Bring internal perspectives gathered through various DH and other projects to inform development of strategy
Develop execution strategy for various activities that need to be executed to support overall DH strategy. Align with plans internally through relevant groups, including brand teams, legal, compliance, medicine, HEOR, etc.
Develop Customer facing execution plans and metrics for piloting or rolling-out DH strategies with customers, in alignment with overall DH strategy. Develop and engage network of customers to achieve strategic objectives as outlined in plans. Execute and manage the roll-out; including development and approval of any contracts and materials, managing execution, reporting on status and driving issue resolution.
Work collaboratively with BI's field facing and internal departments in development, deployment and evolution of Digital Health initiatives. Trains as appropriate.
Establishes and maintains processes to share learnings from field on regular basis to inform continued evolution of DH strategy and activities. Becomes an ambassador of Digital Health both internally and externally.
As necessary, recruit, train, develop and motivate digital health staff. Collaborate with broader Business Innovation team on topics of talent development, training and coaching. Explore opportunities to expose broader BI organization with DH, and build alignment on projects.
Follow and comply with all compliance laws and regulations
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required; Master’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred
Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in the healthcare industry with pharmaceutical industry knowledge including understanding of product development and commercialization.
One (1) to three (3) years leadership and project management experience
Knowledge of US healthcare industry trends and in-depth knowledge of US payers and organized providers and their impact on the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in a customer-facing (Account Management) role with payers and / or organized providers is highly desirable.
Proven experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed in project management and ability to oversee multiple projects running simultaneously.
Demonstrated relationship building, people management and leadership skills in a matrix environment.
Excellent judgment – regarding the “how”, “what”, and “when” of addressing cross-functional partners and key stakeholders with sensitive issues
Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven highly developed communication (written and verbal) skills and interpersonal ability.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.
History of successful performance.
Ability to travel domestically.
Participates in identification and development of new capabilities required to build a digital health competency within BIPI.
While primarily a field based role, expectation would be for the individual to spend three (3) to five (5) days per month in Ridgefield.
Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities:
Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects.
The role will require interfacing with people at multiple levels of BI and major, national customer organizations and multiple functions across the organizations. Therefore, the role will require significant influencing skills.
Good understanding of Digital Health technologies, key players, and application within pharma.
Strong understanding of and network in US customer environment, to enable execution of Digital Health projects within those environments.
Good working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, processes and procedures - including regulatory, legal, compliance and sales and marketing.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
