The Position

As a Global Medical Insights Analytics & Solution Manager, you'll be operating across various functions and geographies. Your mission will be to strategically develop, align, and implement platforms, analytic tools, and services. Your focus will be on managing insights to foster strategic collaboration and facilitate the collection, assessment, and actioning of insights. You'll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders across the HP business teams, Corporate TAs, R/OPUs, Clinical Development, and the Go-To-Market organization.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As a key player in this role, you'll be the architect of innovative concepts, delivering strategic guidance and final solutions to the HP business teams. Your focus will be on enhancing platforms and services for the collection, visualization, sharing, tracking, and analysis of insights from a multitude of sources.

  • Unleashing your analytical skills, you'll identify and implement global quality and activity effectiveness measures, ensuring the highest standards for our platforms and services.

  • Taking the lead in the development of groundbreaking platforms, analytics, and service solutions, you'll be the cornerstone of our TA/Assets insights strategy and cross-functional collaboration needs.

  • Your role will also involve integrating with other sources, assessing business requirements across functions and regions, and exploring existing innovative solutions.

  • Always on the lookout for improvement opportunities, you'll spearhead the enhancement of system solutions, analytics, and services.

  • You'll independently monitor changing needs, staying ahead of the curve by identifying upcoming innovative solutions such as AI, automation, and next best actions, in a strategic, compliant, and sustainable manner.

Requirements

  • Your educational foundation is built on a master’s degree in business, Health Sciences, Health Technology Sciences, or Project Management, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Bring along your several enriching years of experience in Medical Affairs, IT, GTM, or a technical supporting unit in the pharmaceutical industry, either in (R)OPU and/or Corporate, or equivalent work experience.

  • We value your few years of experience in Medical Operations or an MSL role, or content-specific Medical Technical Support or similar experiences.

  • Showcase your robust project and process management skills, with a proven track record of leading project teams and implementing technical tools/solutions. Your adeptness at managing data and ensuring customer, business, and user requirements are met, compliance is assured, and risks are managed/mitigated is essential.

  • Change management is part of your skill set, including aspects such as communications, training and support, and network management.

  • Co-creation and collaboration with global cross-functional teams and external support teams/vendors come naturally to you, thanks to your strong matrix leadership and communication skills.

  • Multitasking is your strength, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities. You're comfortable working with an agile mindset/methods/tools and possess a strong results-oriented mindset.

  • English fluency, both oral and written, is a must. Additional language skills would be a valuable asset.
