Boehringer Ingelheim CRM Senior Collaborations Manager in Ingelheim, Germany

Tasks & responsibilities

As CRM Senior Collaborations Manager, you

  • Will lead complex multi-stakeholder collaboration projects across internal cross-functional teams, key OPUs, and external partners.

  • Will work closely with global healthcare affairs, digital health, data science and external academic/ health care partners to identify opportunities for collaboration.

  • Will collaborate with external third parties on initiatives to improve awareness, education, and/or clinical and economic outcomes in the management of interconnected CRM conditions.

  • Will coordinate and implement global CRM market development collaboration-based initiatives.

  • Will work across departments and with external stakeholders to scale successful initiatives that will benefit Boehringer's CRM portfolio.

  • Will provide evidence-driven and forward-thinking input to the global marketing strategy by leveraging knowledge of disease focus and priority OPU market environments.

  • Will demonstrate strong market understanding, stakeholder needs, and future trends in order to develop and execute effective strategies.

  • May represent the Market Development Team at key events across the TA and the Regions/OPUs.

  • Will be fully accountable for his/her respective span of project work and reporting of results.

  • Will drive forward project leadership, innovation, and disruptive thinking to achieve TA ambitions.

  • Will have high-visibility to BI senior leadership.

Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in Science or a related field, MBA would be beneficial

  • Significant experience in marketing, with a preference for those who have worked in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector

  • The ability to interface with senior management levels in corporate as well as the focus markets. Experience with product launches will be considered a plus

  • A general understanding of medical practice, FDA and EMEA regulatory processes

  • A basic understanding of advertising and promotion procedures and guidelines, as well as market research process and tools, and forecasting techniques

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Proven ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization

  • A history of successful performance

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and database applications

  • The ability to travel internationally, which will include overnight travel

  • Fluent in English
