THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Omnichannel Manager HP MIDI , you will play a key role by preparing the organization to make the next step into omnichannel ! You will act as a consultant for the Specialty Care & ILD therapeutic area regarding multichannel (including digital) transformation platforms and initiatives.

Besides, you will plan, develop, execute, track, and optimize the respective digital marketing activities (websites, emails, social media, surveys…) to ensure efficient and effective use of channels by the TAs. In order to do this, you will review all digital content for optimized customer journeys and support the local adoption of platforms & channels.

This role is based in our office in Amsterdam , in the new EDGE Amsterdam West , a building with a modern and very sustainable architecture. You will report directly to the Marketing Team Leader (Lung) HP MIDI.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a consultant supporting end-to-end campaign management.

• Be the consultant for all TA related omnichannel topics to the regional head quarter team and support the OCM in the countries.

• Supports Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) creation & the implementation of digital projects.

• Act as an enabler to deliver truly omnichannel focused activities.

• Plan and execute therapeutic area-overarching and multi-brand and regional (MIDI) campaigns with brand teams.

• Adoption of content platforms, content strategy & channels.

• Review and consult digital content (e.g. design and wording of email, websites, social media posts).

• Drive insightful performance follow-up for delivered activities.

• Act as an interface between TA, GoToMarket and external agencies in case of digital related activities (e.g. data exchange).

• Ensure a customer experience that drives the desired behavior throughout the customer journey, as well as is giving the organization all ingredients to continue to do so.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or digital marketing.

• At least 5 years of digital marketing experience.

• Experience in sales or as a MSL is a big plus.

Excellent command of the English language.

• Experience in (agile) Project Management.

• Hands-on experience with multichannel management including digital projects.

• Experience in website content creation and in planning, executing digital campaigns.

• You are a team player who enjoys working in a diverse environment and values strong cross-functional relationships.

• You are agile in learning new tools and systems and passionate about communicating your vision to the team.

• You see yourself as a digital savvy.

• Ability to influence a wide range of (internal and external) stakeholders in a matrix organization.

• Familiar with legal requirements on communication with external stakeholders and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance.

• Lastly, you are innovative, curious, and eager to achieve results.

• Strong communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
